Questions about proofs
We are closed for shipping the week starting August 31 however we will be emailing proofs during that time. Shipping will resume September 8, 2009
Will I receive a proof?
Yes, for all printed invitations or announcements with personalization (including wrappers and tins), a proof will be emailed to you and we don't print until a proof is approved by you. Your internet service provider, especially AOL, hotmail, MSN, & yahoo may choose to put the emailed proof in your spam or junk mail folder. It may help if you add our domain of miraclemunchkins.com to a list of approved senders or to your address book
Can I make changes to my proof?
Yes absolutely! You can make as many changes as you wish until your order looks exactly the way you want. Make sure you check your proof for any spelling errors. If you approve a proof with a spelling error, we will charge a reprint cost to reprint.
When will I receive my proof & when
will my order ship?
PLEASE NOTE: We will receive orders on Monday that were placed on Saturday - Sunday; We will receive orders placed after 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday, the next business day. A business day is Monday - Friday.
Our various announcements and invitations have slightly different time frames for when you will receive your proof and when your order will ship. The timeframe for your design is listed in red at the top of its order form. Follow the link below for the type of invitation/announcement.
