When will I
receive my order?
Business Days are Monday - Friday;
Orders received after 5 p.m. EST are received the next business day;
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Birth announcements
- it depends on the style;
Photo
& Non-photo Announcements - a free proof will be emailed to you within
2-3 business days and must be
approved before printing. Your order will ship within 2 business days after approval.
Classic
Card Stock and Vellum Overlay -
a free proof will be emailed to you within 2-3 days and must be approved
before printing. Your order will ship 2-3 days after approval
Magazine
Cover Announcements - a free proof will be emailed to you within
2-3 business days and must be
approved before printing. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after approval.
Candy Bar
Wrappers - a free proof will be emailed to you approximately one week
before your "date needed", except for birth announcements wrappers
which you will receive in 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped
approximately 2-3 days after approval. Rush orders are
available for an extra fee if wrappers are needed in less than 2 weeks
(not including birth announcement wrappers).
Shower Favors
- most items are shipped within 2-3 business days; personalized favors can take
a few days longer. If possible, please allow enough time
before your event for correction of any errors or damage.
Diaper Cakes - Most will ship in 5-7
business days.
Personalized Pens - Will ship within
5 business days;
Bookmarks
- normal processing time is 7-10 days. Rush orders are available for an
extra fee.
Candle and Empty Tins -
normal processing time is 2 weeks. Rush orders are available for an extra
fee.
Personalized Blankets - are produced
once a week, normally on Wednesday and takes 2-3 weeks to make
Personalized Bears - currently
shipping on Monday and Tuesday and will take approximately 2 weeks to make
Shipping - We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping
carrier. If you select ground shipping as your shipping method, please be
aware it may and often does take the shipping carrier 5-7 business days to
deliver. If you have a baby shower or another event and can not wait for the
processing time plus ground shipping, you will need to select a faster shipping
method. The shopping cart will let you select from ground shipping, 2-day
air & overnight shipping. UPS will deliver Monday - Friday
Email - All
personalized, printed order will receive an emailed proof. If we have
questions regarding your order, the questions will be emailed.
Your Internet Service Provider, especially AOL, hotmail, MSN, & Yahoo often may
put the email in your spam or junk mail folder. If you add our domain
miraclemunchkins.com as an approved emailed sender or to your address book, this
may be avoided. If we have emailed your proof but have not heard
back from you for 3 weeks, a $5 proof creation charge will be charged to your
credit card. We will hold your order for an additional 2 weeks to allow
you to continue with your order.

What
wording goes on the birth announcements?
Any wording you want. The announcement wording shown on the
website are just examples. All wording printed on your
announcement can be customized to your liking. This also allows
you to use the designs for any occasion you wish. For birth
announcements many people like to include: day and time of birth,
weight, length, parents and siblings names.

What font choices do you have?
By default, your announcement will print
with the same font that's on our website example of the announcement
you're ordering OR you may choose from our available fonts. The list
of available fonts are listed on the order form for the announcement you are
ordering. The available fonts do vary a little for each design which is
why the font list is only available on the order form.

Do
you ship internationally?
We do ship to Canada.
Remember you are responsible for any duty or custom fees.

Do you
accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. You may also pay through PayPal. PayPal is a person-to-person payment service on the internet with
more than 3.5 million customers. They offer the ability to securely send money to any email user in
the U.S. It is absolutely
free for you to use.
Checks must clear before work will begin on
your order. Please send us an email if
you prefer to pay by check. If there is a deadline for when you need your
order, make sure you allow enough time for us to receive your payment, your
check to clear, processing time & shipping time. If you prefer to
fax in your order, just e-mail us for the fax number - we don't list our fax
number any longer because
we received numerous junk faxes.

Can you
accommodate adoptions?
Absolutely, all announcements can include adoption

Is there
a minimum I must order?
Our printed announcements have a
minimum order of 30. Irish birth
announcements have a minimum order of 50.
Candy Bar Wrappers have a minimum order of
36 (which is one full box of candy bars).
Most shower favors have a
minimum order of 12 unless otherwise specified.

Can I receive a
proof of my order before it ships?
Yes, all personalized orders - birth
announcements, invitations, candy bar wrappers, and bookmarks - require
you to approve a proof before the order is printed. For more detail see

We do require that you keep your
of your emailed copy proof until you physically receive your printed order just

Color of products:
Different monitors display colors differently. A large amount of distracting
color on or next to your monitor can cause your eyes to see color on the screen
differently as well. The printed product may be a different shade, tint of
color, or darker or lighter than what you see on the sample and the proof.
Blue & Purples are a good example. They can look blue on one monitor and
purple on another.

What if I

Do you have a catalog?
Not
a catalog, but we do have a 1 page brochure you can order with a
sample. We do not a full catalog as the designs change to
frequently. The catalog would be outdated by the time it was
printed. The sample and brochure are
available for $2.00. This $2.00 will apply to any birth announcement

there is an error on my order/print?
If we make the error, we'll replace it free. If you make the
error, we'll replace your order with a discount.

What is your
return policy?
Your happiness with your order is extremely
important to us. We really encourage you to read our product descriptions
so that you know exactly what we are offering and please don't hesitate to
contact us with questions. - email is preferred
Color of products:

Personalized Products
- You will always receive an emailed proof of your printed product so that you
will see your order before it is printed. We will not print without your
approval. Make sure that you only give us your emailed approval only when you
are certain everything reads accurately; By approving your proof you agree
that all information is accurate, therefore personalized products can not be
returned for a refund. Since we only print after you have approved your proof,
If your printed product has an error, we will reprint at a discount. We do
require that you keep your of your emailed copy proof until you physically
receive your printed order just in case you need to compare your printed copy to
the proof that you approved. Personalized orders that are not printed
items include the personalized pens, bears and blanket. These items are
not designed on a computer so a proof can't be sent. Since these
items are also personalized, they may not be returned for a refund. We
will copy and paste exactly what you fill in on the order form to create your
order so make sure to double check before you submit your order.
Non-Personalized Products
- If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from defects in materials
and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging. *Food items are not returnable due to health restrictions. The
procedure for return a product is outlined below - see Return Procedure.
It is important that you read.
Return Procedure - You must
email us within 14 days to discuss the return. We do request this in writing.
If we agree to the return, a return number will be issued and your product must
be returned. You must have prior authorization before returning. A refund is
not issued until we receive the product back. Shipping costs and
rush fees are
not refundable. If the shipping
cost to us was more than you were originally charged, actual shipping costs will
be subtracted before crediting your account. We will pay the return shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error. Delays due to the
shipping carrier are not our error. You are responsible for the cost of shipping
the product back to us if we did not make an error. We will not be
responsible if your return is lost in shipping. Therefore, we recommend
sending your return with tracking capability. If the entire product is not
returned, you will receive a refund only for the portion of the product that is
returned. Allowable returns not due to a
defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will retain rights to the product you
return to use for our business.
Photo Birth Announcement
Exception - We will not be able to issue a refund
for photo birth announcements due to poor photo quality. This is because we have no
control over the quality of the photo you emailed or mailed to us. We can
touch up a photo - such as eliminate red eye, crop etc, but if a photo is blurry
or distorted we can't make it clear. If the photo we receive
from you is not in good condition - blurry, grainy, bent, etc., we will
let you know if we believe your photo will not print well and we cannot touch
it up enough. If you decide to go ahead and have us print anyway, we
are sorry but we will be unable to issue a refund.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping
carrier.
Digital Coloring -
Digital
coloring is a process offered on our classic card stock if you have your photo
printed in black & white or sepia. The cost is $25 and an available
option to select on the order form. Once we spend the time digitally
coloring the photo, we can not refund the cost; This is even if the order
has not been printed. Digital coloring takes quite a bit of
time

What is your cancellation policy?
It depends on when you cancel. If you cancel.......
For personalized products:
Immediately after order is placed before any work is done - no
charge
After we have begun work on your
order but before printing - There is a cancellation charge of $5 as
proofs take quite a bit of time for us to put together. We allow for unlimited proof changes to your order
at no extra cost to you so
that your personalized order will look exactly how you want it before
we print. If we have emailed your proof but have not heard back from you
for 3 weeks, a $5 proof creation charge will be charged to your credit card.
We will hold your order for an additional 2 weeks to allow you to continue with
your order.
After your order is printed but before
shipping - only shipping costs may be refunded
For non-personalized products - no charge
if your order has not shipped
If your order has shipped, you
will need to review our return policy

What is your
privacy policy?
We will never sell our customer list.
The information you fill out when
ordering is used only to fulfill your order.
We will NOT send you spam of any kind
or emails unrelated to your order. We
do not keep a mailing list.
We occasionally use clients'
photos on our web site to show an example of an announcement. In these cases, we NEVER
include any identifiable personalization information. Most clients find it
flattering to have their child's photo featured, but if you wish to avoid this
or have your child's photo removed, please email us and we will remove it
immediately.

What are your
company policies?
We will NOT send you spam of any
kind or emails unrelated to your order. We do not keep a mailing list.
By placing an order with
Miracle Munchkins, you accept that we may label the reverse side of any item
printed by us in any manner we choose, stating that it was printed by Miracle
Munchkins or any of our divisions. By placing an order with Miracle Munchkins,
you accept that paper printers may label any item we show on our website in any
manner they choose. FYI, this is standard across the printing industry
(other industries as well) i.e. Hallmark putting their logo on the back of their
greeting card, Canon putting their logo on their camera, IBM branding their
laptop, etc
We reserve the right to cancel any
order the may be deemed fraudulent
We reserve the right to change our
prices at any time.
We reserve the right to correct
all typographical errors. You will receive a proof of ALL personalized,
printed orders. Make sure you check your proof for any typographical
errors. If you approve a proof with a typographical error, we will charge a
reprint cost to reprint.
To avoid incurring any
cancellation fees or confusion regarding your order or shipping, please be sure
to read ALL the information contained in the ordering process when submitting
your order and all information contained on this page.
All policy information contained on this website applies to all orders submitted
whether you have actually read the information or not or whether verbally

Can I pre-order envelopes?
Yes, you can receive your
envelopes early. You are charged only shipping. We will ship
your envelopes early so that you may get started addressing them.
After your baby is born, you can place your
order through the website as normal. Find the design you want and follow
the link underneath that says "Place Order". The order form will give you
step by step instructions for providing your personalization.
If you
do not end up placing an order with Miracle Munchkins, we reserve the right to
charge your card a $20.00 service fee.

Yes, we have birth announcements designed specifically for
twins.

Will the colors I see on the sample on the website / proof
be the color that prints?
Different monitors display colors
differently. A large amount of distracting color on or next to your monitor can
cause your eyes to see color on the screen differently as well. The
printed product may be a different shade, tint of color, or darker or lighter
than what you see on the sample and the proof. Blue & Purples are a good
example. They can look blue on one monitor and purple on another.
This is just they way the monitors work. Also glossy paper will print
colors more vibrantly than matte finish as that is the nature of the paper.
If the exact color is a concern for you, there are two things you can do to make
sure that you are getting as close to possible as what you see. First you
must calibrate your monitor - there are lots of instructions on the internet on
how to do it. Second and most important - just ask us!
(PS that might be the simplest). We'll try to describe the color as
accurately as possible but you also do need to keep in mind the paper finish you
select will also make a difference here.
