How is the Teddy Bear Personalized?
FRONT: One line is available, except on "My First Bear" where
two line are available. For one line, it is usually the first name. The
2nd line is often the middle name, but using only one name is just fine too.
Another option is that you can use the first and last name. A maximum of 11
Characters* per line. See example below. Only 1 name per line
BACK: Three lines on the back: Date of Birth, Weight &
Length. A maximum of 11 Characters* per line.
A space does count as a character

When will my order ship?

Bears are produced every other day by NYC Message Bears
·
Personalized Blankets are produced once a week, normally every
Wednesday. Personalized Blankets can take 3 weeks before shipping.

Bears are usually shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and will take
approximately 2 weeks to make. They can take 3 weeks.

Sweater Redemption
- We also offer a “It’s a Boy” and “It’s a Girl” program. This bear comes with
a non-personalized sweater featuring a stork carrying a baby that says either
“It’s a Boy” (blue sweater) or “It’s a Girl” (pink sweater). Each bear comes
with a prepaid coupon (including shipping) that entitles the bearer to receive a
personalized My First Bear sweater once the baby is born. Price = $40
